Kansai League Division 2
All the promotion and relegation issues are resolved in Division 2 of the Kansai League with one match still remaining. In their very first season of Regional League football, Hannan University took the title and move up to Division 1 for 2008, following their win over runners-up - and fellow promoted side - Takada FC. At the other end of the table, Kihoku Football Group have experienced a catastrophic year, as exemplified by their 9-0 crushing by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Kobe, and they will definitely be playing in their local Prefectural League next year. Hermano Osaka will meanwhile participate in a relegation play-off as a result of finishing seventh via their 2-0 defeat by Kyoto Shiko Club. Riseisha FC are safe despite losing 4-0 at home to Kohga School.
