Kansai League Division 2
It was business as usual in Division 2 of the Kansai League in round 4, with the fixtures spread over Saturday and Sunday. Saturday coincidentally saw the two top sides extend their leads, as Hannan University beat Hermano Osaka, while Takada FC won at struggling Osaka side Riseisha FC. Both now have four wins out of four and are moving dangerously away from the rest of the field.

In third spot now are Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Kobe, who shared a 1-1 draw with Kyoto Shiko Club. But Kihoku Football Group remain rooted to the bottom of the table and indeed have yet to score a single point all year. Their latest defeat came at the hands of Kohga School, who leapfrog Riseisha to move out of the danger zone.
