Kansai League Division 1 - Round 12
With just two rounds to go in the Kansai League Division 1, Banditonce Kobe would appear to have almost certainly confirmed their title victory - a 2-1 win over Sanyo Electric Sumoto on Sunday means that they are four points ahead of FC Mi-o Biwako Kusatsu, with a superior goal difference into the bargain. FC Mi-o meanwhile put 2004 champions AS Laranja Kyoto in serious danger of relegation by beating them 3-0 on Saturday, while also making 99% certain that they themselves will finish second. Laranja are probably in competition to avoid the two relegation places with Takada FC and Kyoto Shiko Club, who drew 3-3 to leave Shiko a point ahead. In mid-table, Kobe FC 1970 won 2-1 at Ain Food and now lie third.
