FC Central Chugoku made almost sure that they will finish the regular Chugoku League season in second place behind Fagiano Okayama with a 5-2 win over Renofa Yamaguchi in one of their games in hand on Saturday. The league's format this year features a series of play-offs between the top four and bottom four teams to decide the identities of the all-important sides who will go through to the Regional League Championship Winners' Play-offs for a spot in the JFL next year.
