There was supposed to be a full Tokai League Division 1 programme over the weekend, but the thunderstorms that caused Saturday's JFL game at FC Kariya to be delayed also led to the postponement of three Tokai League games - including that of leaders Shizuoka FC at home to Maruyasu Industries. The only fixture to take place was on Sunday, when Chukyo University beat bottom side Kasugai Club 1-0 to jump three places up the table.
