The shake-up of Shizuoka FC continues with the appointment of Takayuki Fujikawa as coach, previous incumbent Yasutoshi Miura moving upstairs to become technical director at the Tokai League hopefuls. Fujikawa, now 45, was on the staff at Cerezo Osaka until last month but has a long career in the Japanese game upon which to draw.
